Post-Professional Doctorate in Physical Therapy
Niloofar is a registered physiotherapist with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario, and is the founder of NorthCare Physiotherapy. She has a post-professional doctorate degree in physical therapy from A. T. Still University, Arizona School of Health Sciences. She brings over 19 years of extensive experience in diverse healthcare settings, including urgent care, hospital setting, sports medicine clinics, and homecare. Niloofar has undertaken various continuing education courses, specializing in advanced manual therapy, Dry Needling, and laser therapy as well.
Niloofar’s treatment approach focuses on one-on-one physiotherapy care that includes manual therapy and hands-on treatment; utilizing high-tech modalities, such as laser therapy, shockwave therapy, ultrasound, or electromagnetic field therapy; and individualized exercise prescription. Her goal is to help her clients successfully return to activities of daily living or sport activities, and live pain-free!
